Davis Monroe Financial is a licensed mortgage brokerage. We act as an intermediary to connect individuals and families ("borrowers") with a network of mortgage lenders who may offer home loans, construction loans, refinancing, and related mortgage products.
Important: Davis Monroe Financial is a mortgage broker, not a direct lender. We do not fund, originate, or service mortgage loans. All lending decisions — including approval, interest rates, terms, and conditions — are made solely by the lender you are matched with, not by Davis Monroe Financial.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluating your financial profile and loan needs
- Presenting loan options from our network of lending partners
- Assisting with the completion and submission of loan applications
- Coordinating communications between you and your selected lender
- Providing guidance throughout the mortgage process
Use of our Site or submission of an inquiry does not constitute a loan application, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of any loan product or rate. All loan products are subject to lender underwriting and approval requirements.
